He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Reed and Edna Lawson McCartt; his sister Patricia McCartt; and his brother-in-law Don Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stover McCartt; his son Vince McCartt; and his sister Emily Crumley of Bristol, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
