He is survived by: his wife Donna Cox; his children, Lisa Cox Burrow and Greg Cox (Rachel); his stepdaughter Shannan Eades; his grandchildren, Bryce Cox, Leora Cox, Jayla Cox, Annalyn Cox, Dalton Burrow and Joshua Burrow; his siblings, John Cox (Delores), Paul Cox, Nellie "Cookie" Bowers and Berneice Cox (Gary Yordon); the mother of his children Lana Kay Blake; his siblings-in-law, Houston Thomas and Dema Cox; and his close friend Rex Kuykendall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
