He is survived by: his wife Autumn Moore; his children, Chance Lee, Jadlynn, Aubree, Justin and Miranda; his grandchildren, Isabella, Dailiah and Hazel; his sister Michelle; and his mother-in-law Betty. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, great-nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many treasured friends.
