He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lyons Clouse; his children, Brian Clouse Jr., Destiny Clouse (Alex), Anthony Saults (Alyssa), Brandon Clouse and Rebecca Saults (Christian); his former wife June L. Tipton Clouse; his grandchildren, Dallas and Piper Clouse; and his sister Amber Clouse.
