He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Frank" Chandley and Margaret Phillips Chandley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Thornsburg Chandley; and his son Jeffery Warren Chandley (Laura "Dee" Chandley).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
