We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2023, at the age of 89, Clair Van Wirt in Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Barker Wilbur and Mahala Haviland Howe; and her grandfather Wilbur. She is survived by: her sons, Doug (Sharon), Peter (Debbie) and Tom (Penny); her grandchildren, Steph (Hermes), Mike (Lizzie), Zoe (Farris), Raegan, Seth, Ian and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Iris, Xavier and Milo. She is also survived by her cousins, and many friends.
