He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lincoln Rowe and Lilly Robinson Yates Rowe; his wife Barbara L Rowe; his son Roger Dale Rowe; and his brother Claude V. Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie L. Tipton of Johnson City, Penny L. Miles (Cleo) of Florida, Dennis J. Rose (Debbie) of Johnson City, Wanda Willens (Bill) of Johnson City and Angie Gunn of Johnson City; and his sister Daisy Ledford of Ohio. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 9:50 AM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
