She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred and Jammie Mae Sanderson Powell. She is survived by: her husband Gary Stanfill of Jonesborough, TN; her daughter Jamie Doenges of Kansas City, MO; and her sisters, Sharon Powell Haertling (John) of Overland Park, KS and Deb Powell Farber (Ken) of Mansfield, TX. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Ballad Hospice House.
