She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherrill Garst and Alma Frances Beals; her husband George Couch; her brothers, Jim Garst and Charles Garst; and her granddaughter Summer Lowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Lowe (Roby) and Angela Chandler; her siblings, David Garst (Jean), Ruth Odom (Pete), Jean Couch, Glenda Phillips (Lawrence), Pat Harlan (Frank) and Earldean Hignite; and her grandchildren, Logan Chandler and Cassie Lowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
