He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Lockner and Mary Story Lockner; his wife Lois Lockner; his son Lynn Lockner; and his sisters, Carolyn Ann Lockner Williams and Geraldine Ewing.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bill Ewing; his nephews, Gerald Williams (Chita) and Kevin Williams (Vicky); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Allison W. Bennett, Kennedie Renfro, Jonathan T. Williams, Alex Renfro and Samuel Williams; and also, Ava N. Bennett and Emma R. Bennett.
