He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Briggs, Sr. and Bonnie Mae Rader Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Ruth Keys Briggs; his siblings, Marjorie, Shirley, Gary and Dwight; and his brother-in-law David Keys. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
