It is with sadness that the passing of Iva Cox of Jonesborough, Tennessee is shared. Iva, born on March 17, 1936, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cox and Nola Smith Cox; her husband Ed Cox; her son Mike Cox; and her siblings, Fred Cox, Donald Cox, Wayne Cox, Veda Crawford (Raymond) and Ruth Hill (Gerald).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Cox and Tom Cox; and her grandchildren, Lindsey and Taylor. She is also survived by two great-grandchild; one sister.
A procession was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jonesborough Funeral Home (1776 US-11E, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A graveside service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pond Cemetery (1776 US-11E, Jonesborough, TN 37659).
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
