He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Powers and Leah Powers; and his former wife Brenda Gail Powers (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Alma Powers (Campbell); his daughter Dr. Cynthia Michelle Sullivan (Tim Sullivan); his grandchildren, Ethan Sullivan, Molly Sullivan and Cadence Campbell; and his sister-in-law Cindy Hill (Hughes).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mustard Seed Worship Center Building Fund in honor of Jerry's lifelong commitment to the church and the people he faithfully served.
