He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ottinger McKinney; his children, Mike McKinney (Debbie), Darrell McKinney (Lyn), Katrina Hyder and Kim Gent; and his grandchildren, Justin McKinney, Jessica Maskew, Morgan McKinney, Cory Hyder, Hunter Gent and Candace Steadman. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
