She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Byrd Higgins and Edith Mattingly Higgins; her siblings, Houston, Doyle, Richard, Michael, Carroll, Roger Higgins, Sandra Starnes and Lucille Tipton; and her siblings-in-law, Belve Sanders, Jim Sparks, Cleon Price of Estil Tipton, Q. L, Starnes, Jimmy Waddle, Sue Higgins, Sandy Higgins and Arlis Higgins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Waddle; her children, Bobby Joe Waddle, Charles Nathan Waddle, Julie Waddle McKinney, Aaron Neal Waddle (Lora) and Brandon Todd Waddle; her niece Linda (Milisha Ann Woodward); her sisters, Ada Sanders and Judy Sparks; and her sister-in-law Starrolette Tester (Michael). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
