It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Doane (Jonesborough, Tennessee), who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marjorie Doane to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Trelease and Margaret Trelease; her husband David G. Doane, MD; her sister Maxine Bound; and her sons, Lieutenant Stephen and Geoffrey.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Thompson; her cousin Maedawn Trelease of Simpsonville, CA; her nieces, Constance Bound and Terry Rale of Orange, VT; and her stepchildren, Leslie Doane (Mike) of Falls Church, VA, Dr. Eric Doane (Sue) of Evans, GA and Michael Doane (Nora). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
