He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Stayer Lewis; and his grandparents, Pauline Stayer Larimer, T. F. and Ina Lewis. He is survived by: his father Pascal Lewis; and his sisters, Angelia Lewis and Christa Lewis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCarty Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Washington County Animal Shelter or Special Olympics.
