He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Laws and Violet Laws of Johnson City, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his brother David Laws (Kay) of Hoschton, Georgia; his aunt Jean Hughes of Jonesborough, Tennessee; and his cousin Sheri Riddle (Whitney). He is also survived by family members and friends.
