He is survived by: his wife Madeline Hill Mowery; his children, Tim Mowery of Tampa, FL, Ellen Purdy (Jeff) of Canton, GA, Robyn Mowery of Roswell, GA, James Mowery of Birmingham, AL and Neil Mowery (Michelle Petrovic) of Manassas, VA; his stepson Darren Hill of Virginia; his grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Victoria, Taylor-Marie and Nolan; and his brother Ted Mowery (Ruth Ann) of Johnson City, TN..
