He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Lee Hensley; his parents, Robert Hensley and Ada Carnes Hensley; and his siblings, Leska Culbertson (Eddie), Roy Hensley (Dot), Raymond Hensley (Nina), Floyd Hensley (Betty) and Juanita Hardaway (Eddie).
He is survived by: his daughter Jill Hensley Swain (Rob) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandson Connor Swain of St. Petersburg, FL.; and his siblings, Curtis Hensley, Della Grant (Don), Trella Sardo (Jim) and Judy Gaylada.
