He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Van Ledford. He is survived by: his mother Anna Lee Forbes Ledford of Jonesborough, TN; his daughter Brianna Ledford; his granddaughter Emberlynn; his sisters, Linda Forbes (Carl), Revonda Carpenter (Greg), Teresa Edwards (Ronnie), Anglia Radford (Allen), Kimberly Callahan (Gwynn) and Patty Hensley (Drew); and his close friend Caleb Gordon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles.

Memorials may be made to Brianna Ledford, 1714 East Fairview Avenue, Johnson City, TN 37601.
