He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Bridwell and Mary Gladys Franklin Bridwell; and his son James David Bridwell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue Leonhardt Bridwell; his son Robert Bridwell; and his grandson Alex (Graham).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jonesborough United Methodist Church (211 W Main St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
