She was predeceased by: her mother Letha Pate; her husband Floyd Smith; her siblings, Dorothy Robertson, Hazel Jolley Jackson, Glessie Church and Rev. Arnold Pate (Bud); and her nieces, Linda Wilson, Brenda Church and Genevieve Robertson.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Peggy Blackwell, Cindy Harris, Dr. Elain Pugh, Debbie Oliver, Rev. Steve Pate and Ralph Church; and her nephew-in-law William Bill Wilson.
