He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garrett and Wilma Juanita DeLoach Bailey; his grandparents, Rev. Virgil, Daisy DeLoach, Garrett and Rose Bailey; his wife Pearl Greene DeLoach; his former wife Stella Greene DeLoach; and his siblings, Dale Bunten, Darrell Bailey, Howard Bailey and Denise Hoss.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Bailey and Donna Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
