He is survived by: his wife Willie Joyce Garrett Cox; his children, Mary Elizabeth Quigg (Ken) of Spring Hill, TN and William Randolph Cox of Thompson's Station, TN; his grandchildren, Logan Garrett Endress and Kennedy Eowyn Endress; and his brother Jimmy Everette Cox of Carlisle, Pennsylvania..
