She is survived by: her husband John Howlett; her sons, John Allen Howlett (Roxanne), Gregory Howlett (Marla), Nathan Howlett (Kelley) and Timothy Howlett (Erin); and her sisters, Diane Matthews and Patsy Patten. She is also survived by her children and her husband while also serving as her husband.
