He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Mamie Mozelle Needham (Ashley); his former wives, Jessie Lynn Needham and Barbara Ann Needham; and his brother Jerry Lynn Needham.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Needham; his daughters, Eva Ilg (Guy) and Leilani Owens (Gary); his stepchildren, Kathy Hale, Janice Dickey and Kenny Garrett; and his sister Caroline Needham Smith (Jim). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; thirteen step-great grandchildren; two step great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces & nephews.
