She is survived by: her husband John Kuykendall of Kenton; her daughters, Kim Rummage (Rick) of Madison and Darla Farley (Chris) of Humboldt; her grandchildren, Justus Welch, Bella Welch, Logan Farley (Aly Carter), Hunter Farley, Ben Farley (Haleigh), Haydin Farley, Ashlin Farley, Colby Farley and Max Farley; her great grandchildren, Dutton Farley, Noelle Farley and Eason Farley; and her sisters, Lanette Pratt (Bobby) of Brownsville, Brenda Weaver (Bill) of Knoxville and Susan Floyd (John) of Hixon.
