Jere W. Green Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Jere W. Green of Kenton, Tennessee. Jere, born on June 29, 1948, passed away on September 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Green and Dortha Reed Green; his grandson Cody Green; and his brother Billy Wade Green. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Green; his sons, Jesse Green (Candy) and Jeremy Green (Alicia); his siblings, Don Green (Sue), Ann Taylor and Sue Flowers; his grandchildren, Kealy Coble (Blake), Jessilin Green, Kayla Kesterson, Autumn Green, Lindsey Green and Scout Green; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Coble and Caylee Coble.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the New Concord Baptist Church (3817 Concord Rd, Kenton, TN 38233). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the New Concord Baptist Church Cemetery (3817 Concord Rd, Kenton, TN 38233).
