He was predeceased by: his father Salmon Leonard Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sue Greene; his sisters, Sandra Cimonetti, Cindy (Glenn Burklund) and Beverly (Bob Meade); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Coalson, Hope Morals, Jennifer Taylor, Jessica Mottern, Heather Odom, Ben Burklund, Jonathan Burklund, Glenn Burklund Jr., Shelbie Brimer, Collin Meade and Calista Meade.
