She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dugger Jr. (T. A.) and Edith Dugger of Elizabethton; and her husband James K. Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Britta Milhorn (Jim), Brandon Taylor (Heather) and Bob Edwards (Allison); and her siblings, Benjamin Dugger, Brent Dugger (Susan) and Brenda Carver. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that any memorials in Barbara's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
