She was predeceased by: her father James Harry; her husband James P. Clark Jr.; her daughter Phyllis Jean Henley; her granddaughter Amy M. Kistner; and her son-in-law John R. Long.
She is survived by: her children, Janice G. Long and Billy Don Clark. She is also survived by four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
