He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Calvin and Laura Mae Larkins Matlock. He is survived by: his wife Janice Winegar Matlock; his daughters, Sherri Monroe (Rodney) and Patricia Gibbons (Mark); his brother Ralph Matlock, Jr. (Linda); his grandchildren, Dustin Monroe (Vikky), Chase Gibbons and Kailee Osborne (Landon); and his stepgrandsons, Brian and Brandon Monroe.
