He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Kent Allan Patrick (Joy) of Knoxville, TN, Stephen Scott Patrick (Carmen) of Chattanooga, TN and Stacy Dru Patrick (Wendy) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Ryan Patrick (Tory) of Atlanta, GA, Maggie Parsley (Stephen) of Birmingham, Andrew Patrick (Kimberly) of Huntsville, AL, Aaron Patrick of Chattanooga, TN, Holly Patrick of Johnson City, TN and Kelly Patrick of Johnson City, TN; his stepgrandson Ethan Fogle of Knoxville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Adair, Violet, William Parsley and Penn Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
