She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara S. Moore and George Marion Moore; her brother Joseph Moore; and her husband Mike Watkins. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Shirley (Melinda) of Richmond, VA, John Shirley of Elizabethton, TN and Betsy Natz of Mclean, VA.; her sister Lorraine Pfeiffer of Havelock; and her grandchildren, Sarah Shirley, Hannah Shirley, Douglas Shirley Jr. and Nicholas Natz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
