He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bonnell and Florence Kent Green; his wife Betty M. Green; his brother Richard W. Green, Sr.; and his son-in-law Clay Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia G. Lewis, Todd L. Green and Talea G. Tatro (Leonard); his grandchildren, Joe Maltby, Katie Pumphrey and Andy Lewis; his great grandchildren, Samuel and Lucy Pumphrey; and his sibling's children, Richard W. Green, Jr., Robert Green, Shirley Verble and Sandra Clark.
