He is survived by: his wife Melissa Head; his daughter Ashley Hommell; his stepchildren, Brittney Duty (Bubby), Charissa Laney (Jeremy) and Brandon Culbertson; his grandchildren, Hailey Hall, Caden Hall, Bralynn Duty, Haven Culbertson, Lakota Laney, Oliver Laney and Greyson Laney; his boy-boy Remi; and his brother Donnie Head.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Colonial Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
