She was predeceased by: her parents, David Linwood Arnall and Virginia Lamb Arnall; and her husband David William DeVault. She is survived by: her children, Craig DeVault (Heather) of Cary and Janet Morgan (Jarett) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Jack, Mark DeVault, Kate and Macy Morgan. She is also survived by cousins and close friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (200 W Church Cir, Kingsport, TN 37660).
