He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Tipton and Ora Lee Tipton; and his sister Wanda Wright. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Jessee; his son Ashley Tipton (Leatha); his grandson Gabriel Tipton; and his siblings, Curtis Tipton and Sandy Crawford.
A reception will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
