He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Phipps and Froudia Bellamy Phipps; his sister Barbara P.; and his brother-in-law Doug Hood. He is survived by: his niece Melissa Brooks (Johnny); his great-nephew Seth Brooks; his fiancé Kali Queen; and his brothers, Mark Coates and Paul Williams.
