He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy Owens; and his parents, Joe Owens and Violet Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Baker (Heather), Dustin Owens (Sarah) and Jana Sells; his brother Bobby Owens; and his close friend Pamela Minton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
