He is survived by: his wife Linda Thomas; his son John Quillen; his stepdaughter Nikki Whitaker; his daughter Audrey Thomas; his grandchildren, Cooper Whitaker, Sophie Thomas and Levi Clark; and his niece Aimee Clark (Lee). He is also survived by brothers and one sister; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
