She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lockhart and Jane Lockhart. She is survived by: her husband Bill Noe; her son Dustin Nelson (Rebecca); her stepdaughter Tracy Noe; her grandchildren, Dylan, Oliver, Felix, Zeke Nelson, Megan and Morgan Haynes; her great grandchild Bentley Noe; and her brother Mark Lockhart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Deborah's memory to Summerville Baptist Church.
