She is survived by: her husband Wallace "Wally" Blocker; her children, Jeff Blocker (Terri) and Lauri Moncla (Brad); her grandchildren, Colby, Lea, Anna and Ryan; and her siblings, Jeannie Wolf (Philip), Joy Rice, David Kurtz (Debby), Denise Bullerdieck (late Brian) and Lynn McMurran (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in Debbie's memory.
