He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Jack; his siblings, Harold F, Donnie M, Carrol, Marjorie, Lois, Jean and Patricia; and his parents-in-law, William L. and Nancy T. McCoy, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Sallie M. Page; his son Joseph G Page (Kristyn); his brothers, William (Kathy), Phillip (Diane), Clyde D (Patsy) and Ray (Julia); his brother-in-law William L (Sue C McCoy, Jr.); and his grandchildren, Zaiden, Zara, Boston, Kingston, Maverick and Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church (pre-school/nursery program) of Kingsport, TN, a first responders' organization, or an organization of your choice.
