It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Fields in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Fields and Annie Fields; his siblings, Harold Fields, Loren Allen Fields and Joyce Trepp; and his grandson Chance A Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fields; his children, Donna (Jeff Vrieze) and Tony Fields; his brother James Fields; his grandson Blake Vrieze (Kelsey); and his great grandchild Julia Vrieze. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, whom he loved like his own siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
