She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Charlie" Ansel Collins and Ora Belle Campbell Collins; and her sister Georgia Byrd. She is survived by: her husband James Penly; her children, Sheree Anderson (John) and James Penley (Leigh); her grandchildren, Jeremy Penley (Yumi), John Anderson, Jordan Anderson (Daizy), Jacob Penley, Josh Anderson (Sharon) and Justin Anderson (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Collette Penley, Reid Anderson, Henry Anderson, Andie Anderson and Asher Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, David Penley (Linda) and Clementina Penley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
