She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Hicks and Mae Tester Hicks; her son Alvin Glen Rhoten, Jr.; and her siblings, Danny Hicks and Gail Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Hahn and Joyce Sutherland; her grandchildren, Nikki Sutherland and Emily Sutherland; and her brothers, Mike Hicks (Kathy) and Jerry Hicks (Gay).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
