She was predeceased by : her parents, Noah Cox and Laura Moody Cox; her husband William Herman Clayman; her siblings, Charles Cox and Betty Nester Gothard; and her nephew Bill Cox.

She is survived by : her children, Steven Clayman (Becky) and Alethea Hamly (Mike); her sister-in-law Phyllis Clayman of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Jana Pendleton (Mark) and Jason Clayman (Brittani); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Clarke, Marleigh, Max and Palmer.
