He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Walters and Irene Walters; and his brothers, Bun and Charlie Walters. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Walters; his children, Kim Walters, Scott Walters (Larissa) and Keith Walters; and his granddaughters, Sarah Walters, Samantha Walters and Katie Walters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
